Refund policy
Personalized or custom items are non-refundable. We offer a 30-day return policy on most other eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@starlightbathandbody.com to request return authorization. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Once approved, please package the item securely in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided here or in your return authorization email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@starlightbathandbody.com with your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card provider time to process and post the refund.
