Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as each order is prepared with care.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.
- Shipping Rates:
We offer a flat rate of $7.99 for standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your order. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Starlight Bath & Body is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly first using your tracking number.

Damaged Packages
Candles and body care products can be sensitive to handling during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@starlightbathandbody.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can evaluate the issue.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
